Heavy Metal Breathwork:
"I had never tried breathwork before and was a bit hesitant because of the music—I was afraid it might be too intense. I saw that a friend was going and asked if I could join. During the relaxation part, I needed to go to the bathroom, and when the amazing Christian helped me up, I told him I was converted. I’m not religious at all, but that’s how it felt.
Experiencing Christian’s session as my first encounter with breathwork is something I’ll forever be grateful for. The music was magical! It was healing, and I felt safe enough to completely surrender to whatever was going to happen. I felt incredibly secure from the very start, even though I was so nervous I almost canceled.
Dare to try it! For me, it was such a wonderful experience, and I felt truly relaxed. Now I have another tool to manage my anxiety and the heavy moments in life.
