My name is Christian Haag, and my life has been a journey of creativity, transformation, and deep self-discovery. For most of my adult life, I worked in the film industry—a vibrant and creative space filled with incredible people and exciting opportunities. Yet, despite the external success, the pressures of the industry often left me feeling drained, anxious, and disconnected from myself.

A few years ago, I hit a breaking point. One morning, I woke up completely depleted—physically, emotionally, and mentally. I knew I couldn’t continue living this way. I sought help, but while traditional care addressed the symptoms, it didn’t touch the root of what was really happening inside me.

Everything shifted when I discovered breathwork. It began with a simple plunge into ice water inspired by Wim Hof, paired with my first breathwork session at home. That day marked a turning point in my life. For the first time, I felt a profound sense of calm, self-acceptance, and even love for myself. Breathwork quickly became a daily practice, and the combination of conscious breathing and cold immersion helped me reconnect with parts of myself I hadn’t known were missing.

As I delved deeper into breathwork, I started attending group sessions, which opened my eyes to the power of shared energy. In these spaces, I felt how profoundly others’ energy could influence my own, and I became deeply curious about the interplay of connection and transformation. This curiosity led me to explore other practices that would become pivotal in my life: Tantra and Shibari.

Breathwork, Tantra, and Shibari have been the biggest catalysts for change in my journey. They are my anchors, each offering unique tools for growth, connection, and healing.

  • Breathwork helps me access my inner world, release stored tension, and find clarity amidst the chaos of life.

  • Tantra has deepened my relationship with myself and others, fostering a sense of presence and intimacy that goes far beyond the physical.

  • Shibari, the Japanese art of rope tying, has taught me the beauty of trust, surrender, and connection—both with myself and with others.

These practices are more than techniques; they are ways of living that have reshaped my perspective on life. They’ve helped me find balance, embrace vulnerability, and connect with my authentic self in ways I never thought possible.

Now, I dedicate my life to sharing these transformative practices with others. Whether it’s through guiding breathwork sessions, teaching the art of shibari, or introducing the profound wisdom of tantra, my mission is to create safe, supportive spaces where others can explore their own journeys of growth and self-discovery.

Are you ready to take the next step? Let’s walk this path together. The possibilities are endless
